This is just another reminder that the Halloween season is just around the corner and we are already seeing a surge in hits from folks looking for their local Halloween haunted attractions and other Halloween events. I think I can speak for Tom and myself when I say that we have so many locations that we want to add to the site that it is hard to keep up. That's the beauty of Dark Destinations though - You can add your own haunt or destination and essentially score some free advertising.
If you own or work for a Halloween haunted attraction or haunted hotel/museum/etc., be sure to get it listed to take advantage of our Halloween traffic. Similarly, if you are just a fan of a particular location and can't believe we haven't listed it yet, we invite you to login and add it to our database yourself. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the open submissions of Dark Destinations and help us build the best online tourist guide to dark locales around the world. For those that submitted their locations last year, be sure to update your entry if there are any changes you might have for the 2008 season!
For those experiencing problems working with the site or needing assistance in getting your destination listed, please contact us. While we can make no guarantees as to when we can add it to the site, we will do our very best to get you in the database.
