Formerly the Parker Tavern, one of Charleston's earliest inns, the Indian Shutters Restaurant is still serving food to the public. The former owner is said to haunt the upstairs. A woman in white materializes in reflections. The bar patrons experience sudden cold chills and the occasional materialization of a spectral man.
