Information
Rod Serling
Writer/Producer/Actor Rod (Short for Rodman) Serling is buried in lot G of the Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken, the village he last lived in. The cemetery is located on Skillet Road, also known as County Road 150 or Highway 150 (The street sign nearest the cemetery identifies it as County Road 150). A map located on the back of the cemetery chapel will assist any visitor with locating Serling's burial plot.

Rod Serling is primarily recognized for his anthology TV series The Twilight Zone; perhaps the most popular anthology series to date. The show was a mix of sci-fi, horror and fantasy tales. Serling's follow-up anthology, Night Gallery, took a darker turn and focused primarily on horror tales. His appearances on the shows as a host presenting each tale made him a recognizable face with the viewing public. He also worked as a writer on many other shows and was a scripter for the original Planet of the Apes film.
