We're talking the cable horror shows here, but we haven't touched many of the regular network stuff.
Surely we have some Supernatural fans? Much to my surprise, I have to say that I'm finding it the best of the bunch (including the cable shows) so far this season. Anybody else with me?
What are your thoughts about the Apocalypse storyline? I've heard it was only slated for five seasons, so we've only got 1 3/4 to go! |

I'm behind on Supernatural, having only seen a few episodes this season. I may have to catch it online when I have some time.
I had no idea that it was only supposed to go for 5 seasons. _________________ Work is the curse of the drinking class. |

| Yeah, but unfortunately so was Carnivale. Hopefully at least Supernatural will make it through its run. |

I would give a rarely-used toe if they would start making Carnivale again. I loved that show. _________________ Work is the curse of the drinking class. |

i could have sworn that we had a thread on here about this one.
for years i've been telling people that this is the best horror on television, and that the show puts most theatrical films to shame.
as for the current storyline, it just keeps getting better and better, something the show has been prone to do since its inception. i LOVE the approach to angels that its taking as well, as well as religion as a whole. _________________ Are you and Independent Filmmaker? I think we did, but it was under some odd subject that had nothing to do with the show. I got lazy and just started a new one.
I agree - It was the current storyline that made me have to bring it up again. I do have to say though, and I've asked it before, why does every freaking angel on TV or movies have to be wearing trench coats? Just too weird...
daphne - I'm with you as well. I swear there was talk of moving the storyline of Carnivale to books or comics, but I haven't heard anything more. I'd love to see where the story went from there. |

just keeps getting better, doesnt' it?
just before the break, that two-parter with the angel who lost her grace was as good as I've ever seen this show. _________________ Are you and Independent Filmmaker? Advertise your work as part of the B-Independent.com Banner Exchange program.
