Hello Australian and World Media,
My Name is Kayla Arena, I am apart of an award winning Australian film production team and our
latest feature film Daddy’s Little Girl has just wrapped shooting on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Daddy’s Little Girl is based on actual events of Paedophilia, child abuse and child murder from my home town and surrounding areas.
As you are probably aware, many people agree and disagree with the justice system in their country when it comes to these types of animals. Daddy’s Little Girl has pushed this concept to the limit in what will be a film that will truly get people talking all over the world.
You may think this is just another revenge film, like Law Abiding Citizen or Taken. But I can assure you this is a world first, and being known for making controversial films I know Daddy’s Little Girl will not disappoint. If you can picture the most horrific revenge film you have ever seen, I want you to triple it and you have Daddy’s Little Girl.

Independent Queensland Film In Production Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia – February 14th, 2012 From controversial Australian Writer/Director Chris Sun comes Daddy’s Little Girl; a story about a single father, his bond with his six year old daughter, and his response to the most heinous of crimes.
Throughout history in Australia there have been many cases of paedophilia, child abduction and murder. A lot of these cases go unsolved or the paedophile gets a basic jail sentence and is released after only a couple of years.
Daddy’s Little Girl is a touching story influenced by some of cases from the Sunshine Coast and producers want discussions and debates to start and share with the world that this problem needs to stop. Daddy’s Little Girl also talks about single parenting in Australia and how it is now more common today than past decades.
The public agreement on fair punishment for guilty child abuse offenders is often widely debated. Some believe in the prison and others believe in vengeance. Daddy’s Little Girl aims to pose the question, if you had the choice, what would you do, and what are the possible consequences of those decisions?

Hi Kayla,
Welcome to the Board and thanks for the post. This is an interesting post, and one that is sure to draw on some debate. I'm a little unclear on the timetable at the moment. From what i can see, the film isnt out yet?
